Privacy notice
Last updated 29 September 2026
This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you get in touch, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain; if anything isn't clear, just ask us.
Who we are
Kingswood Renovations Ltd (company number 16393868), 8 Churchill Court, New Milton, BH25 6EL. We are responsible for your information. You can reach us through our contact form, by email at , or on (Dan) or (Scott).
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, email address and phone number, how you'd like us to contact you, and any details you add about the job (the type of work, its address and postcode, timescale, budget, your message and how you heard about us). If you phone or email us instead, we keep what you tell us in the same way.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a visit and give you a quote. We do this because you've asked us to, before any contract between us.
- To keep a record of enquiries, so we can follow up and pick up where we left off if you come back to us. We do this because it's in our legitimate interest to run the business properly.
We never sell your details.
Who else sees it
Only the people who help us run things, and only to do that job:
- ModernSystems, who run this website and our enquiries system for us, on a server in London.
- Google, who provide our email.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't lead to work, we keep it for two years and then delete it. If we do work for you, we keep your details for six years after the job finishes, because we need our records for tax and in case of any claim about the work.
Visiting the website
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking. Like any website, our server records visitors' IP addresses and browser details for security; these logs are deleted after 14 days. The page loads its fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Cloudflare, who see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email or phone us using the details above and we'll respond within a month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
